Meet Eugenie

The guided tutoring layer inside the Academy workspace.

Eugenie lives inside the student interface of Nexus Browser Academy. Every time your child enters a session to work on assignments, study for exams, or practice skills, Eugenie is there β€” ready to explain, review, guide, and adapt to their level.

Eugenie is the guided tutoring layer inside the Academy workspace. It helps students understand assignments, review concepts, ask better questions, practice skills, and reflect on what they are learning. Powered by advanced AI reasoning models and designed to support a wide range of academic tasks, Eugenie operates within teacher-designed guardrails and with full parent visibility.

Unlike traditional online schools that require human teachers on standby or redirect students to video explanations, Nexus Browser Academy has this entire teaching layer built in β€” available every session, on every assignment.

What students learn

Two learning tracks, delivered together.

Nexus Browser Academy delivers a conventional education program and structured AI literacy in parallel. Students finish both academically grounded and fluent in the AI-shaped world they are growing up in.

Conventional education program

Age- and level-appropriate core subjects. Structured lessons, practice, and assessment. A coherent program β€” not a loose collection of videos.

Credentials

Diplomas, program certificates, and paths to official industry certifications.

Nexus Browser Academy issues program diplomas and certificates that recognize completion of the Academy curriculum. In addition, the Academy guides students toward official industry-recognized certifications from established institutions β€” these certifications are issued by those external institutions, not by the Academy itself.

Program Diplomas

Students who complete the full Nexus Browser Academy program receive a diploma recognizing their accomplishment.

Program Certificates

Recognize completion of program stages, units, and skill milestones as your child progresses.

Official Industry Certifications

The Academy curriculum prepares students to earn certifications from recognized external institutions. These are official, externally recognized credentials β€” the Academy guides students to achieve them, but does not issue them directly.

AI Agent Interaction Certification

Students learn how to interact with intelligent agents effectively and responsibly β€” a skill increasingly recognized by official certification bodies and technology partners.

How credentials work. Nexus Browser Academy issues program diplomas, certificates, and portfolio records that recognize completion of Academy learning stages. Students can also work through selected third-party learning pathways from recognized education and technology providers. Third-party credentials are issued by their respective providers through their own official process, while Nexus Browser Academy tracks student progress, portfolio work, and Academy completion milestones.

Student experience

How Nexus Browser Academy works β€” from enrollment to daily learning.

After enrollment, the student receives secure access through the Nexus Q Cloud portal and uses the Nexus Browser Client as their dedicated learning environment.

1
Enroll / Request Access
β–Ύ
Start by submitting an enrollment or access request for your child. Families begin with an enrollment or access request. This does not create a live student account immediately. The Academy team reviews the request, prepares the student profile, and provides next steps for secure access.
2
Access Approval
β–Ύ
Once approved, the student profile and family access are prepared. After approval, Nexus Browser Academy prepares the student's learning profile, parent access, grade path, and portal instructions. This step ensures the student is entering the correct Academy environment.
3
Device Setup
β–Ύ
Set up the approved student device for Academy access. The student uses an approved device for the Academy experience. Device setup is handled through the secure Nexus Q Cloud portal. This protects the learning environment and helps ensure the student is using the correct workspace.
4
Download Nexus Browser Client
β–Ύ
Install the Nexus Browser Client on the approved device. The Nexus Browser Client is the dedicated learning environment for the student. It is not a regular browser tab. It gives the student access to the Academy workspace, Eugenie, assignments, curriculum, AI literacy tools, progress tracking, and secure resources.
5
Kiosk / App Mode
β–Ύ
Launch the Academy in a focused app-style learning mode. Nexus Browser can run in a focused app-style experience designed for learning. In this mode, the student enters a controlled Academy workspace instead of browsing freely. This helps keep lessons, assignments, AI tools, and progress tracking inside one guided environment.
6
Sign In
β–Ύ
The student signs in through the secure Nexus Q Cloud portal. Once the device and client are ready, the student signs in through the secure Nexus Q Cloud portal. Authentication, access, and device validation happen in the Core/Q Cloud portal, not on the public marketing website.
7
Eugenie Opens the Session
β–Ύ
Eugenie starts the daily learning session. Eugenie greets the student, sets the learning focus, reviews the current assignment or lesson, and guides the student through the day's work.
8
Conventional Curriculum
β–Ύ
The student works through grade-based academic subjects. Students follow a structured conventional curriculum appropriate to their level, including core subjects such as language arts, math, science, social studies, writing, and other academic work depending on the program path.
9
AI & Future Skills Track
β–Ύ
The student practices AI literacy, coding, research, and digital creation. Alongside core academics, students learn how AI works, how to use it responsibly, how to communicate with AI tools, how to evaluate AI-generated information, and how to build documents, presentations, projects, and portfolio artifacts.
10
Progress, Reports & Milestones
β–Ύ
Progress is logged for the student and visible to parents. Learning activity, completed units, areas needing attention, AI literacy milestones, certificates, and portfolio progress are tracked through the Academy system. Parents can view reports and updates through the secure parent portal.
11
Certificates & Portfolio
β–Ύ
Completed stages generate Academy milestones and portfolio records. As students complete learning stages, Nexus Browser Academy records milestones, internal completion certificates, and portfolio evidence. If a third-party learning pathway is included, any external credential is issued through that provider's official process.
Built-in tools

Everything the student needs β€” built into one workspace.

Nexus Browser Academy isn't just lessons and a chat window. The student workspace includes a full set of tools that eliminate the need for external apps, separate subscriptions, or scattered resources.

File Editor & Document Suite

Students can create, edit, and manage documents, assignments, and projects directly inside the workspace β€” no external office suite required.

Project Canvas

A hands-on workspace where students build projects, conduct research, organize sources, and apply what they learn in real time.

Knowledge Racks

Approved sources, curriculum materials, and reference content organized and filtered for safe, productive study.

Secure Files & Progress Tracking

All student work is saved, versioned, and tracked β€” accessible from the student workspace and visible to parents through reports.

Two ways to access the Academy.
  • Nexus Browser Academy App β€” Students can access the full Academy experience through a dedicated mobile app, available for download after enrollment. Full sessions, tutoring, assignments, and progress β€” all from a phone or tablet.
  • Nexus Browser Academy Kiosk Mode β€” A focused, locked-down environment that runs the Academy on a dedicated device. Perfect for families who want a controlled learning station: the student enters the Academy, and the device stays in that environment until the session ends. No distractions, no unrelated apps, no open web. The device becomes a learning tool β€” nothing else.
Parent Portal

Parent Portal on your phone.

After enrollment, parents can access the secure Nexus Q Cloud portal from their phone and install the Parent Portal experience like an app on iPhone or Android.

The Parent Portal gives families a simple mobile view of the student's learning activity. Parents can check school messages, receive alerts, review progress updates, see Eugenie's recommendations, and stay informed without needing to sit next to the student during every session.
